This document is a public offer (hereinafter — the “Offer”) by LLP “Podruzhka”, BIN: 220840048791, legal address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty Region, Shelek village, Mametov Street, house 13 (hereinafter — the “Seller”), and contains the terms of sale of goods to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter — the “Buyer”) through the online store at: www.blinkystrolls.com.

By placing an order and making a payment, the Buyer confirms acceptance of this Offer. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment of payment for the goods.

3. Delivery Terms

3.1. Delivery is carried out worldwide, except for countries where delivery is not possible (displayed during order placement).

4. Returns and Exchanges

4.1. Goods can be returned within 14 calendar days from receipt, provided the packaging, product condition, and absence of usage traces are preserved.

4.3. After receiving the returned goods, the Seller inspects their condition. If the goods meet the requirements, funds are refunded to the Buyer.
4.4. Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
4.5. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, except in cases where the return is due to the Seller’s fault (defect, incorrect order fulfillment, etc.).
