At Blinky Strolls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

The return is requested within 14 days of delivery

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Note: Items marked final sale, clearance, or customized cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Photo(s) if the item is damaged or defective
We’ll reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

We are not liable for returned items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the product you prefer.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
